Every Luxcast collectible begins with a commercially produced 1:64 diecast automobile and moves through a detailed process of preparation, polishing, 24K gold electroplating, and final assembly.
The finished miniature is then photographed and transformed into collectible automotive artwork.

From preparation to final polish, every detail matters.
Every Luxcast collectible begins as a commercially produced 1:64 diecast automobile. Each is carefully prepared, mirror-polished, electroplated in 24K gold, hand-finished and individually assembled to create a Luxcast collectible.

Mirror Polishing
The bare metal body is polished until a smooth, mirror-like surface begins to emerge.

24K Gold Electroplating
The prepared body progresses through the plating process to a brilliant 24K gold finish.

Hand Assembly
The finished components are carefully assembled by hand using precision tools.

Finished Collectible
The completed automobile is inspected and presented as a finished Luxcast collectible.
