Where we ship

Luxcast ships throughout the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We also gladly serve collectors in supported international destinations. International availability depends on carrier service and applicable shipping restrictions.

U.S. shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the purchase price. There is no separate standard shipping charge added during checkout for orders delivered within the 50 states and Washington, D.C.

International shipping

International shipping is quoted separately based on the destination and package. Contact Luxcast with the items you would like to order along with your destination country and postal code. We will confirm shipping availability and provide a shipping quote before the order is finalized.

International customers are responsible for the quoted international shipping cost. Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar destination charges that are not collected by Luxcast are the responsibility of the recipient, subject to applicable law.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is completed. Tracking information will be provided when the shipment is ready to travel. International delivery times and tracking availability vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, please contact Luxcast within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can resolve the problem quickly.

We will make it right with a replacement or refund. Replacement items are subject to availability, and Luxcast covers the cost of correcting damaged or incorrect orders.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is covered by our 30-day return policy.
